"I usually toss advertisements I receive in the mail, but I am extremely pleased that I did not toss the one I recently received from Premium Home Services offering their services for a heating system tune-up. Even though this winter so far has been extremely cold, our electric bill was "through the roof" last month and we always keep the thermostat at 68 degrees! Something had to be wrong, so I looked on the internet to see the ratings for this company. Their overall rating was close to 5 stars, so I decided to contact them for an appointment. Alexis took my call and she was very cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I had an appointment for the next morning. Seth was the tech who was dispatched to evaluate our situation. He was very personable. He completed a thorough inspection of the entire system and relayed his findings to my husband and myself by telling and showing us where he found problems. He was very thorough in covering all options the company could offer, but he was not pushy. He told us why our electric bill was so high by clearly explaining the functionality of the system and how the problems he found were responsible for the system not performing properly and effectively. Once my husband and I decided on which option to proceed with, Seth quickly took measurements, took pictures, and set up an appointment for the next day to complete the "fix" that my husband and I determined was the best option for us. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. He was not at all pushy about selling us on a particular option or even using the company he represents to "fix" the problems using his information. After Seth left, I received a follow up call from Laci to see how the service call with Seth went and if we had any questions. Laci was professional, cheerful, and very interested in making certain we had a pleasant and informative interaction with the tech. From the initial phone call to now, my husband and I have been extremely impressed with Premium Home Services and happy we made the choice to contact them even though they are in a neighboring town."
